Global Compensation Consultant – Remote

TTEC is seeking an experienced Global Compensation Consultant to join our Enterprise Services team. Our Total Rewards team brings significant value and contribution to our company by developing health & welfare, wellness, and compensation programs that enable TTEC to effectively attract, retain, and motivate the very best talent.

What you’ll be doing: 

Looking for an opportunity to join a growing team and develop a comprehensive rewards strategy and help to position the company as an employer of choice? The Consultant, Global Compensation will be instrumental in the execution, administration, and delivery of broad based compensation programs. This department is responsible for the development of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns employee rewards with results that support TTEC (formerly TeleTech)’s strategic business objectives. The total rewards strategy and programs will enable the company to attract, reward, and retain top talent globally. 

What you’ll bring to us:

  • Support in executing the global compensation department’s overall strategy as it relates to total rewards.
  • Design communication tools to ensure understanding of various compensation plans
  • Analyze, evaluate and ensure effectiveness of all compensation programs and assist to develop appropriate models and facilitate design of pay levels and prepare required proposals to all compensation programs.
  • Develops and delivers training programs and management tools to facilitate the implementation of base compensation programs, principles, and practices.
  • Provides expertise to support  Human Capital Business Partners with both compensation and non-compensation related policies, practices and issues.
  • Respond to management requests for analysis of various pay program competitiveness.
  • Resource for information, problem solving, and communication to internal customers as it relates to global pay.
  • Maintain Compensation salary structures and conducts market pricing.
  • Support the participation in compensation surveys.
  • Assist with interpreting, creating and communicating compensation policies to employees at various levels of the organization
  • Assist in the development and administration of compensation department projects as assigned, including job classification reviews, market pricing analyses, department pay practice audits, and policy development
  • Serve as the project manager for compensation projects.

What skills you’ll need:

  • 6 years’ of increasingly responsible experience in corporate compensation
  • BA/BS in Human Resources or comparable degree, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated project management capability and ability to lead multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Strong business acumen, presentation, analytical, and systems skills 
  • Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the talent to see the broader picture
  • Strong consultative skills, providing quality and the predisposition to seek out information to support continuous improvement 
  • Experience with with Oracle is a plusExperience with MarketPay is a plus.
  • Expert with PC applications including Access, Excel, and Word.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The anticipated starting range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $95,000 – $120,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
