Global Sr. CRM (SalesForce) Administrator/Analyst (Hybrid or Remote Potential)

This is a Contract position in Dunbar, WV posted September 22, 2022.

Overview: The Global Senior CRM Administrator/Analyst is a member of the CRM Solutions team, reporting to the VP, Global Business Development Solutions.

This individual is responsible for overall system administration, data management, development, and maintenance of Active’s CRM platform, managing the full Salesforce development lifecycle including standardization and simplification of the platform.

Partnering with multiple lines of business including Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Corporate Ops & Planning, and other departments, this team member plays a key role in developing a strategic roadmap encouraging CRM automation, business processes improvement, change management, and sales enablement.

With the goal of helping to drive operational excellence, stability, and scalability by observing strict change control, data governance, release management, and knowledge management, this individual essentially serves as the subject matter expert for all things pertaining to Salesforce.

Additionally, the Global Senior CRM Administrator/Analyst acts as the team technical lead, providing guidance to other members of the CRM Solutions team and working collaboratively with the Information Solutions team on ETL processes / product integrations.

Responsibilities: Manage, customize and maintain Active’s Salesforce CRM system, including use of Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and overall data quality management tools.Utilize Validation Rules, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, and Apex coding for better efficiency, overall platform performance and improve user experience.Manage complex Salesforce sharing rules, approval processes and assignment rules, to route and control visibility and approvals.Determine the best approach to solution design and development, with focus on simplicity, scalability and security.Administer CRM governance in accordance with national/international privacy acts/laws.Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities.Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.Manage integrated applications including Conga.Create and maintain solution design documents, workflow diagrams, knowledge articles, technical specifications, and other documentation that support and explain technical solutions and business processes.Provide data governance best practices for maintaining high levels of data quality.

Conduct advanced data cleansing and standardization.Partner with the team to identify platform and functional opportunities and facilitate major improvements to processes and systems.

Assist in customization and management of major interface changes.Find and evaluate new tools on AppExchange based on business needs as they arise.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with end users and business leaders at varying levels.Act as Business Analyst and serve in a consultative role when gathering requirements.Design, build and disseminate sales reporting and analytics to users, teams, and senior management.Contribute to projects managed by the VP, Global Business Development Solutions.Provide expert knowledge of business development technologies such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and guidance to the CRM Admin and CRM Coordinator.

Qualifications: Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.

Service Cloud a plus.Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory.Additional Salesforce certifications e.g.

Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes in Lightning.Ability to understand Visualforce pages, Triggers and Apex code classes.Ability to create technical documentation to support new build/releases.DevOps/release management experience.Experience using data management tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Demand Tools, and Informatica.Previous experience working with multiple business units and verticals, including sales, marketing, and operations.Ability to navigate and effectively utilize resources to extract business information and perform research.Excellent analytical, process design and problem-solving skills combined with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience.Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.High sense of urgency and goal orientation.Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and provide a high-level of customer service.Flexible in the face of changing priorities.Manage confidential information in a reliable manner.Ability to keep current with new developments and master new technologies.Working knowledge and use of ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead Forensics, Nielsen Ad Intel, Winmo, and additional CRM tools.Proficiency using project management tools such as JIRA.Knowledge of marketing tools such as Pardot preferred.Proficiency using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and PowerBI desired.Salesforce Developer experience a plus.Must be available to work flexible work hours, as needed, to accommodate needs of our global user base.
