We want you on our team Duties and Responsibilities Understand solutions, services, and products offered in the center Use CRM to move contacts and prospects through the buyers journey including coordinating activities, marketing, and maintaining sales log and contact history Consult with customers by listening, interpreting their needs, and advising on solutions Exhibit a sense of urgency to respond to customer requests and inquiries Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on estimates Manage estimate report by archiving old or expired estimates per company procedures Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by soliciting feedback from customers regularly to ensure that our products are meeting their expectations Build trust with customers through courteous interactions and authentically engaging with their business needs Manage specific accounts from an assigned book of business with regular outbound call and emails Call inactive customers Call prospects from lost estimates Manage direct marketing engagements via direct mail, email and social media Assist with the creation of marketing kits handed out to companies we want to do business with Send thank you notes according to company procedures Delight customers by exceeding their expectations Communicate with team on a regular basis about sales performance metrics Qualifications Has ability to secure and maintain customers trust and confidence Handles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful manner Strong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling and punctuation Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel preferred Ability and willingness to learn new hardware and software techniques Knowledge of printing is a plus, but not a requirement to begin Has a proven record of customer service and/or sales Possesses a solid knowledge of POS system and order entry processes Ability to multi-task, to productively utilize time and equipment Ability to combine creativity with practical production Education and Experience College/university degree in Communications, Business or Graphic Arts preferred
